Rod and I were so impressed with Wayne Rizzo and the quality of work that he did for our bathroom remodel/addition.  He truly took our vision and put it beautifully to "sketch and plan".  He went above and beyond with his time and effort.  We love our "dream bathroom" and have Wayne and his expertise to thank for it.

The project was to convert a tiny 70 year old beach cottage into an upscale single family dwelling.  The challenges were many including a tiny lot, complex city regulations, Coastal Commission mandates and the absolute requirement of off-street parking.  Through great creativity and an intimate knowledge of city regulations and a significant ability to communicate orally and in writing, the design was approved, permits obtained and the project is now complete!

Not only are we greatly pleased but the house has met unanimous approval of the neighborhood.

Subject:  We Love Our Home !

We Love Our Home!

It reflects a part of our personalities the public eye doesn't know. The design is beautiful to say the least.  We now have much more space to move around in after living in the 425 square foot Cottage for so many years.  Many people who saw the house under construction have commented on how lucky we are to have it.

Most of all it is quiet, private and a complete oasis from what lurks just outside our walls: bus traffic, planes overhead, hordes of boisterous people walking by day and night.  We don't hear any of it and best of all we have tons of windows and light but no one can see in at us.  Our son loves to play on his skateboard, trike and scooter on the huge terrace.
